Growth Marketing Lead

cTrader Store is a fast-growing marketplace for trading algorithms, indicators and plugins designed for cTrader users. Our mission is to provide traders with cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance their trading strategies. We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketer who loves testing, scaling, and breaking through ceilings with creative and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:
Growth & Acquisition:
Rapidly testing and optimizing marketing channels, creatives, and growth loops
Own full-funnel performance marketing across paid and organic channels
Drive user acquisition through email marketing, reactivation flows, and automation
Develop and validate user personas and channel-product fit in a niche B2B audience
Experiment with user engagement tactics, activation flows, and retention mechanics

B2B Outreach & Partnerships (supply side)
Building and scaling a B2B outreach engine to attract and onboard independent developers, Brokers, IB’s and Affiliates (supply side)
Leading affiliate marketing efforts: recruiting, activating, and optimizing affiliate partners
Identifying and closing partnerships with trading educators, content creators, and niche influencers
Tracking affiliate performance and optimizing for high-quality conversions and ROI
Community & Content-Led Growth
Engaging and growing presence in communities like Reddit, Quora, Discord, and forums
Launching content-driven campaigns to drive trust and organic discovery
Collaborating with creators and evangelists to spark user-generated content
AI & Automation
Leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, N8N) for content creation, user segmentation, and marketing automation
Streamline repetitive marketing workflows using no-code/AI-powered solutions

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in growth, digital, or affiliate marketing (ideally with digital goods or SaaS products, marketplaces)
Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing and marketing automation
Proven success in launching and scaling affiliate/partner programs
Experience in email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental, and lean environment
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Preferred: background or interest in trading, fintech
