Project Overview

Product Tools — a suite of tools aimed at improving player and streamer retention and engagement, as well as increasing game revenue.

Key components of the product:

  • Player Loyalty System: Programs that encourage long-term engagement
  • Daily Drops: Daily rewards that incentivize players to return
  • Game Lobby: A centralized hub for players to interact with game content
  • Challenges: Tasks designed to boost player activity and interest

Responsibilities

Product

  • Vision and Product Strategy: Develop and maintain the vision and strategy for product tools
  • Roadmap Creation and Execution: Define and implement the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • User-Centric Approach: Understand user needs and represent their interests throughout the development process
  • Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the development team to deliver product functionality
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain constant communication with clients, stakeholders, and business representatives
  • Alignment with Business Objectives: Ensure the product aligns with the company’s business objectives and goals

Team

  • Team Management: Lead and manage the team, ensuring their effectiveness and productivity
  • Process Building: Establish and optimize workflows within the team and across other teams for seamless collaboration

Requirements

Product Management Expertise:

  • Proven experience in creating and implementing product vision and strategy.
  • Track record of successfully delivering product roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of key metrics such as retention, engagement, and revenue in gaming or similar industries.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, ensuring their productivity and development.
  • Strong skills in building efficient workflows and fostering collaboration within and across teams.

Technical and Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to understand technical aspects of product development and work effectively with development teams.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making with experience in analyzing metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Experience in engaging with clients, stakeholders, and business teams to gather requirements and align product goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying product strategies and updates.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with gaming products, specifically tools for retention, loyalty, and monetization (e.g., player loyalty systems, daily drops, game lobbies, challenges).
  • Understanding of the gaming or entertainment industry, including trends, user behavior, and competitor analysis.
