Role:
We are looking for a result-oriented SMM Manager who will drive the growth and scaling of the company’s digital channels. This role combines strategic planning, creativity, analytics, and the application of AI tools for marketing automation. You will be launching engaging mechanics, testing hypotheses, building funnels, and working towards results—growth in leads and sales through social media.If you think like a product marketer, aren’t afraid of experiments, and know how to turn content into conversions, then this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Growth:
• Develop and implement an SMM strategy aimed at attracting and converting leads into sales.
• Analyze funnels, engagement, and user flow on social media.
Content and Creativity:
• Create lead magnets and engaging, sales-driven content.
• Work with various content formats: videos, carousels, stories, posts, native ads, etc.
Testing and Optimization:
• Launch A/B tests for creatives, formats, and channels.
• Rapidly scale successful combinations.
AI and Automation:
• Use AI assistants for content generation, building auto funnels, and chatbots.
• Build automated SMM systems.
Analytics:
• Analyze social media metrics, DataLens, Excel.
• Make data-driven decisions: ROI, CAC, retention, CTR, etc.
Channel Management and Scaling:
• Develop Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, TikTok channels with a focus on growth, retention, and monetization.
Requirements:
• Experience in developing and scaling social media from scratch in Tier-1 countries (experience in a startup is a plus).
• Proven sales growth through SMM.
• Understanding of sales funnels and experience in lead generation via social media/messengers.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, ad/content automation).
• Experience in targeted advertising (Meta, TikTok).
• Strong analytical skills: Excel, DataLens, social media metrics.
• Ability to quickly test hypotheses and focus on results.
• Good taste, visual intuition, and an understanding of trends.
• Ability to collaborate with creative and product teams.
Nice to Have:
• Experience promoting AI products or working with audiences in digital/tech/education.
• Degree in marketing, PR, or technical disciplines.
• Ability to write short, compelling copy and work with UGC/influencers.
• Experience creating auto funnels and content funnels through chatbots and email.
• Growth mindset and a desire to rapidly develop alongside the product.
