AML Product Manager

Now we are looking for a skillful Product Manager to drive automation and feature development for our AML solution.

What You Will Be Doing:
Developing and enhancing Sumsub’s AML solutions.
Constant improvement of services automation; provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure compliance with AML policies, procedures and industry best practice.
Managing the AML Transaction Monitoring roadmap. Exercising AML and anti financial crime principles and real-world practices.
Releasing features and products which solve clients’ AML and Compliance head aches and effectively addresses their financial crime risks.
Proactive identification of project risks and roadblocks, and clear communication of the risks to key internal and external stakeholders.
Ongoing research and competitor analysis.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Legal, Customer Success and Operations, to ensure alignment and coordination on product initiatives.
Management Information and reporting on product performance, client adoption and other relevant metrics.
Attending industry and product events to showcase Sumsub’s AML solution and product offering.
Participation in marketing related activities, e.g., webinars, client and public demos and analyst briefings.

About You:
Deep technical experience, managing products through their lifecycle and working knowledge of product development principles.
Nice to have experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring product management.
Knowledge of client’s business requirements, understanding of how to package anti financial crime solutions.
Advanced tech skills — knowing some programming language, SQL, API/integrations experience.
Nice to have experience in banking, financial services, iGaming or crypto industries, AML, KYC, or KYB processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Confluence and product management software.
