We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Business Analyst in Cyprus office – a certified Great Place to Work®.
As a Business Analyst you will contribute to delivering innovative financial solutions and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with Product Owners and the Software Development team to design and enhance our product offerings. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and software developers, to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features
Create detailed user stories, use cases, and process workflows to drive product development
Engage in product design activities, providing input on user experience and feature functionality to ensure alignment with business goals
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops, effectively communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support the software development lifecycle by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and product reviews
Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance
Analyse data and performance metrics post-launch to measure the success of product enhancements and inform future development
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or brokerage industry
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions in a technical environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Knowledge of payment providers and fintech products is highly desirable
